Taste: ****1/2 | Presentation: *****
A name suggesting an immoral act given the ridiculously delicious combination of flavours. This is a twist on the tried and true cinnamon bun: cinnamon cakes twilled with a caramel cinnamon sauce, topped with cream cheese frosting and a topping of your choice! That's right, PYOT! You get a choice of classic cinnamon bun dressings: raisins or pecans or both!

The Panel:
Presentation said it all; consumers knew what they were getting into. Some comments were made that more cinnamon would have been a good addition. The cakes were found to be a little on the dry side but the frosting was right on. The cinnamon caramel filling was "off the hook". (http://www.robertrothschild.com/product/product-details.aspx?prodID=67&name=Cinnamon+Bun+Caramel++Sauce) Diana suggested adding apple sauce to the cake recipe to introduce more moisture and add just a little extra flavour. The choice of topping option was appreciated overall. Future consumption would be improved if heated.
SweetPea: "Holy.Amazing.Cupcake. Although I may be biased, since I do believe a cinnamon bun should be a food group anyways."
Glameow: "If it were possible to give higher than 5, I would! This was perfect. Best one ever. Nothing to say except please dear god make these again. Oh, and thank you!"
My comments:
I was please with the result of this recipe in every aspect. I would apply Diana's applesauce suggestion to future renditions. A slightly thicker frosting would also be implemented.
