Taste: **** | Presentation: ****1/2
This week's treat is a sign of wonderful things to come as the summer weather creeps in. A graham and chocolate chip cupcake baked with a mallow in the middle, frosted with chocolate and topped with more graham.

The Panel:
"Smelled great, looked great, and tasted great." Comments varied as far as the cake moisture level and appreciation for the amounts of each ingredient. Consumers knew what to expect based on presentation though the graham flavours were lacking and most requested more marshmallow, some, less chocolate. Diana suggested "making the bottom of the cupcake a graham cracker crust (like a pie)."
Kitchen Kahuna: "Would be a perfect treat for winter months when summer is a distant memory."
Giovanni: "Overall a tasty treat, much cleaner to eat then a real smore!"

My comments: I was quite pleased with the presentation on this one, though I thing a proper graham cracker laid flat over the top would have been more practical for consumption. I would like to incorporate fluff in a future rendition and would like to adapt Diana's suggestion for a graham base.
